We use a range of couriers and delivery services for our shipments. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant couriers website to track your order.
If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you.

EU & International Orders are currently unavailable.
Pre-Orders
We offer the option to pre-order items that are currently out of stock. Please note that pre-orders require payment in full at checkout. Once your pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. While we will provide an estimated shipping date on the product page, please be aware that delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee exact ship dates. We will dispatch your order as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available.
To minimize excess shipping waste, if your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will wait until all items are available and ship them together. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
At Verdaura, we offer refunds for products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their unopened and original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@verdaura.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note, shipping charges for returns are non-refundable, and your original shipping fee will not be refunded. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue and make it right.
